10 Steps

We were commissioned by the IEA (International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement) to create an explainer video illustrating the key steps of its system for collecting information, conducting analysis, and producing final evaluations that are later delivered to governments and institutions around the world.

The challenge was to communicate a process that is both technical and highly formal in a way that felt accessible, engaging, and visually clear for a wide range of audiences. To achieve this, we worked closely with the IEA brand guidelines, ensuring consistency with their institutional identity while crafting a dynamic visual language that blended clarity with creativity.

The result was an attractive and informative piece that successfully simplified complex processes, provided value to the viewer, and reinforced IEA’s role as a trusted global leader in educational research and evaluation.
